Pensamento Blasé: Músicas de um dia nublado…

Como muitos perceberam não postei nada de novo por aqui. Sabe, algumas situações acontecem na vida que fazem a gente parar e pensar, analisar e diagnosticar muitas coisas.

Este é um momento pelo qual passo. Não sei se é o ano novo (pois começou agora que voltei com atividades rotineiras) e a expectativa do que pode acontecer neste 2009, ou se são situações da vida realmente. Coisas inerentes que ocorrem e que muitas vezes não passam nem perto da nossa vontade.

Enfim, não estou muito bem para rir ou para escrever coisas engraçadas por aqui, pois estou bem low profile… Entretanto, vou postar alguns vídeos com canções que completam o meu sentimento neste dia nublado.

Como diria a eterna Maysa: “A felicidade sempre passa do meu lado, mas nunca olha na minha cara.”

O novo single da inglesa Lily Allen é ótimo e traz uma letra com personalidade e bem fiel ao que a cantora se propõe sobre o mundo das celebridades. (Tirar a roupa porque é assim que se fica famosa!).

Com produção de Mark Ronson, a música se completa com o vídeo que é uma fantasia! O novo álbum de Lily, “It’s Not Me, It’s You”, sai dia 9 de fevereiro na Inglaterra.

The Bird And The Bee – Again and Again

O duo The Bird And The Bee, formado pelos músicos Greg Kurstin (“bee”) e Inara George (“bird”) veio de Los Angeles e conquistou o mundo indie/pop norte-americano. Desde a primeira vez que os percebi, na trilha sonora do filme “Sex and the City” com a regravação dos Bee Gees de “How Deep Is Your Love”, a dupla me chamou a atenção com o ritmo suave e uma memória sessentista.

Com o single “Again and Again”, a dupla traz um novo som de Bossa Nova, ou melhor, algo como New Bossa. Acho válido conferir.

Ah, e o Greg Kurstin já trabalhou com a Lily Allen, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Beck, The Flaming Lips, Kylie Minogue e os caras do Red Hot Chili Peppers.
